Return Policy
At dresstrove, we are confident in the quality of the products we offer, and your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase from dresstrove.com, you can return or exchange your items for any reason within 30 days of your purchase.
RETURNS:
To be eligible for a return, the items must be in their original, unused condition with the tags still attached. Please note that returns for items purchased on dresstrove.com cannot be processed through retail stores. Similarly, items bought in retail stores cannot be returned through dresstrove.com.
EXCHANGES:
For exchanges, items must also be in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Currently, we only accept size exchanges for online purchases. Items purchased at retail locations are not eligible for online exchanges. If you wish to exchange for a different color or have any questions, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll be happy to assist you.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
To begin the return or exchange process, log in to your account, visit your Order History, and select the order with the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
