Delivery
We strive to ship most orders within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Please note that during peak periods, it may take a little longer for us to process and ship your order, and we truly appreciate your patience. Our goal is to get your items to you as quickly as possible!
Please be aware that we only process orders on business days (Monday-Friday).
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Typically, delivery takes 7-14 days.
Order Status
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information, including a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order from our fulfillment center directly to your door.
For registered users, your tracking number will also be saved in your account's order history.
Note: If the tracking link doesn’t show immediate information, don’t worry! It can take up to 24 hours for the shipping carrier to update tracking details after the package leaves our warehouse.

We do not ship to all countries. If your location falls outside our shipping range, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
